  4. Review Material Options - cabinetry - countertops - backsplash - decorative hardware - others
  5. Customer receive Initial estimates from RM and the General Contractor
  6. Customer make changes to design and/or scoop of work to meet budget and design statics and functionality
  7. Team Meeting to confirm scope of work, materials, design, estimates and build out timeline
  8. Deposit
  9. General Contractor Send Final Schedule
  10. Materials get ordered
  11. RM and GC follow schedule and communicate with homeowners about changes to the schedule
  12. Final Walk through
  13. Schedule punch out
  14. Final payment
  15. Kitchen post construction cleaning
  16. After pictures of your Dream Kitchen
